Using CampBrightly

Requests and bookings

CampBrightly helps families find programs and submit requests through the platform. Submitting a request, saving a plan or receiving an availability response does not reserve a place or create a paid booking. Real payments and payouts are not enabled in this release.

Program information

Published dates, prices and requirements can change. Missing details remain unconfirmed. A listing alone does not mean the organizer is a CampBrightly partner. A verified organizer must confirm the relevant session and eligibility before a booking can proceed.

Accounts and appropriate use

Parents and guardians should manage requests for children. Provide accurate information and use only accounts and organizer listings you are authorized to manage. Do not send card details or medical documents in enquiry forms.

Future paid bookings

Before real checkout is activated, the total price, any deposit, balance schedule and cancellation conditions must be shown for the particular booking. Test payment screens do not offer real camp places.
